使用renderPlot(width = 1500, height = 1000, ...我能够展示整个情节;但是,我现在右边有一个滚动条。我想在fluidRow中扩展列的高度,而不是使用此滚动条。

您没有发布theme.css,但问题可能是overflow参数设置为scrolldiv持有您应用中的地块CSS。如果div对于其内容来说太小,则会强制滚动条。

height的默认plotOutput设置为400px,因此如果您将高度设置为1000,则在renderPlot中如果设置了div的溢出,则会获得滚动条滚动。

尝试将plotOutput的高度参数设置为1000px或更高,例如:
