mod_rewrite适用于localhost，但不能上传到服务器

我写了一个代码，将要求foo.html的人重定向到页面bar.html。 我的.htaccess文件如下

RewriteEngine on
RewriteRule ^foo.html$ bar.html

它适用于localhost.But在Web服务器中运行时会出现以下错误。
