Nuget包管理器控制台未找到错误

我正在使用Visual Studio 2013 Premium。无处不在，NuGet包管理器控制台停止工作。现在它只在powershell初始化失败后显示Not found。

我尝试重新安装NuGet，重新启动，删除带有NuGet扩展名的文件夹。

任何人都知道可能导致这种情况的原因，或者至少如何找出这是为什么会发生这种情况？
