我在Windows上运行Ruby方面有很多经验，但最后我（和其他人）得出的结论是，目前无法在Windows上运行一些没有错误的宝石。
您可以运行并安装一个gem，但是您会在另一个gem中收到错误。最后我厌倦了修理它们。
但好消息是你可以在Windows上使用Vagrant + VirtualBox + Rails。您可能需要阅读my blog post about that。
