首先根据其他答案，我已经完成了一些事情。

1-为我的清单添加了正确的权限

2-使用AsyncTask子类来处理进程

3-出于好奇，将完全相同的代码复制到非adroid java项目中，它运行正常。但在模拟器上它返回“无法连接到服务器”

NtlmPasswordAuthentication auth = new NtlmPasswordAuthentication(null,"tom.smith", "abc123456");

将空字符串更改为null。
