Django无法发现模型TestObj，因为您的test.py不是应用，并且在TestObj中没有任何已安装的应用描述settings.INSTALLED_APPS。您需要将模型TestObj添加到模块myobj.models。

在运行python manage.py makemigrations myobj之后，将创建TestObj的迁移。所以你可以运行你的测试。

您需要在Django 1.7或更高版本上使用迁移。 Syncdb已被弃用，不应再使用。

相反，您应该使用makemigrations，然后迁移。

您看到此错误的原因是，当您运行syncdb时，它不会运行ContentTypes迁移，因此数据库中不存在这些模型。运行单元测试时，Django会自动执行migrate命令，该命令可以解释为什么它在单元测试中有效，但在dev服务器上手动运行则不行。
