我的情况是当我在控制台中打开目标目录时出现此错误（因此maven无法删除它）导航出目标文件夹允许我通过maven安装没有问题。

尝试禁用IDE的自动构建可能与Maven构建存在一些冲突。还要验证该文件夹是否未使用资源管理器或其他某些应用程序打开如果它不起作用只需重新启动IDE
