icCube使用的端口由另一个应用程序使用（默认为8282），因此icCube无法监听。

这更可能是因为icCube的实例已在计算机上运行（多个实例无法共享同一网络连接）。要停止正在运行的实例，您可以使用托盘图标或控制面板停止icCube进程。

如果是另一个应用程序，或者您想要运行多个icCube实例，可以在配置文件中更改icCube的端口：$install/bin/icCube.xml。
