您必须为myobj应用创建迁移。未迁移的应用无法依赖迁移的应用。

只需运行python manage.py makemigrations myobj，即可为您的应用创建初始迁移。

它在SQLite3上“工作”的原因是Django在SQLite中没有强制执行外键约束。
