rowwise的操作速度很慢,因此在SmplMode(y), mean(y), diff(range(y))包的行方式操作的帮助下,尽早过滤掉matrixStats条件会加快速度。在我的笔记本电脑上运行大约0.4秒,而原始解决方案和@ shadow的解决方案都运行大约70秒。
