Elixir v1.0.3不适用于Erlang 17.5。您需要将Elixir更新为v1.0.4或将Erlang降级为17.4。

错误enotsup表示您的平台不支持的操作。检查elixir是否正确编译，错误发生在elixir启动的最开始。
