您当然希望使用Windows.UI.Xaml.Media.Imaging.BitmapImage，而不是System.Windows.Media.Imaging.BitmapImage。

前者是用于Windows应用商店或Windows Phone应用的Windows运行时API的一部分，而后者是WPF。您无法在Windows应用商店或Windows Phone应用中使用WPF。
