从<virtual-host name="tlc_host"/>文件中删除ibm-web-ext.xml。你没有tlc_host，但是default_host。

未找到上下文根是由于配置文件之一中的问题引起的。就我而言，web.xml的注释未公开，因此无法正确构建战争。

这导致EAR文件未更新。

解决方案：

将web.xml与以前的版本进行比较，看看有什么变化。
向服务器（而不是ear文件）添加战争以查看错误。（如果在Liberty Server上运行）
