我正在使用Windows 8.1 Pro，x64和Visual Studio 2013 Update 4.卸载Azure SDK或Azure Powershell没有帮助。重新安装PowerShell没有帮助。修复Visual Studio 2013和Update 4安装也无法解决问题。所以我不确定这些错误是否真的是由Azure SDK / PowerShell更新引起的，可能还有其他问题。

似乎用VS2015-RTM和VS2013 Update 5修复了。
