在SQL Server 2005+中,您可以使用

UPDATE TOP (1) ....

优于SET ROWCOUNT的优势在于任何触发器都不会受到ROWCOUNT限制,这几乎肯定是一件好事。

表通常具有唯一ID。你应该过滤它。

例如,

UPDATE YourTable
SET YourColumnToUpdate = 'your_value'
WHERE YourUniqueColumn = @Id

如果您的表格没有唯一ID,请考虑添加一个:integer列,Primary KeyIdentity

我建议您返回并规范化您的数据库。至少添加一个自动增量int主键列并使用该id。使用UPDATE TOP 1可能会起作用并直接回答您的问题,但数据库的非规范化是“真正的”问题。
