Laravel REST API“未找到状态404”

Question

目前，我们在运行Apache，PHP和远程数据库（即SQL Server）的Linux服务器内运行Laravel Rest API系统。我的上司要我创建相同的系统，而是使用Windows，IIS和PHP。现在我已经按照网络中的所有安装说明进行操作，甚至到达了laravel 5屏幕页面。现在，当我传输laravel文件并将其安装在Windows中时，它在此过程中没有任何错误。我甚至将我的.htaccess配置导入IIS。但是，当我向API发出请求时，它返回http状态404错误。
