只在某些计算机上呈现标头不能在IE11中工作的Javascript

Question

我的网站有一个通过javascript呈现的标头。我的客户报告IE中缺少标题导航栏;他们在几台电脑上测试了这个。但是，我和我的同事一直无法重现这个问题。我们之前遇到过IE 11阻止脚本中的安全设置问题，所以我尝试增加我的安全设置，我也尝试将IE置于兼容模式以及在IE 8中查看页面。我没有做过什么导致导航栏消失

我认为这个文件很重要，因为当我在调试器中删除它时，我能够重现丢失的头文件问题。但是我不确定这是否是唯一被阻止的东西，而且我不确定它为什么会被阻止。

我无法弄清楚为什么这个脚本只能在某些计算机上在IE 11中运行？如果它不是安全设置或兼容模式的问题，那么问题是什么？

注意：我不确定这是否重要，但在更改导航栏背景之前IE中没有问题。导航栏使用png作为其背景，我更改了它正在使用的文件。但是，当我尝试将其更改回原始的png文件时，这并没有解决我客户端计算机上的问题。
