我有一个网络资源，一个我可以完全访问的XML文件。实际上我可以在记事本中打开该文件并更改内容。

但是当我通过XmlDocument.Load（）语句访问该XML文件时，通过在我的默认Windows凭据下运行exe，它失败并出现以下错误。
