Azure网站上的自定义404

我通过GitHub托管了一个Azure网站，并希望制作一个自定义的404页面 我的VisualStudio2013已连接到Azure。如何访问web.config？
如果我想通过FTP取道 - 我如何使用我的VS2013访问它？

只需编辑Visual Studio解决方案中的web.config文件，修改customErrors部分，然后将文件检入Github以触发新部署。 Azure文档站点有full example of this。
