Windows XP上的mod_wsgi [django]的内部服务器错误

当我运行开发服务器时它工作得很好，即使是在mod_wsgi中运行的空项目我也没有问题但是当我想放置我自己的项目时我得到内部服务器错误（500）

在我的apache conf中我把

WSGIScriptAlias /codevents C:/django/apache/CODEvents.wsgi

<Directory "C:/django/apache">
Order allow,deny

Alias /codevents/media C:/django/projects/CODEvents/html

CODEvents.wsgi中的

错误表明未找到PostgreSQL客户端的Python模块或导入失败。你在哪里安装的？这些文件是否可由Apache服务访问，该服务作为独立用户运行？

其实我的问题是pyscopg2 windows版本，我使用的是最新的（2.2.1），我只是降级到2.0.14而且还活着!!!
