首先，由于您的个人资料模型中的ForeignKey模型有User个，因此每User个个人资料可能不止一个。如果您希望它是一个，请将它们更改为：

user = models.OneToOneField(User)

然后，您可以使用型号名称访问您的个人资料，例如：

instance = request.user.company_profile

或

instance = request.user.user_profile

您的update_company_prof必须扩展forms.ModelForm，而不是UpdateView。另外，请考虑将update_company_prof的名称更改为类似于CompanyProfileForm的名称，因为它目前非常具有误导性。
