错误是：没有找到WebApplicationContext：是否不在DispatcherServlet请求中，并且没有注册ContextLoaderListener？

原因是：您不能直接使用表单taglib，因为没有WebApplicationContext

Spring为JSP和JSTL提供了一些现成的解决方案意见。使用JSP或JSTL是通过定义常规视图解析器完成的在WebApplicationContext中。此外，您当然需要编写一些实际上将呈现视图的JSP。

解决方案是：使用InternalResourceViewResolver转到使用taglib表单的页面
