mysql_num_rows返回错误值

Question

我需要帮助才能解决问题。我在两个不同的div中在我的页面上有两次这个脚本。第一个脚本工作正常，第二个脚本也正常，但是当我在页面上同时运行脚本时，只有第一个脚本可以正常工作。当它工作时它返回1但现在返回0.

脚本是不同的文件。一个应该显示新闻类别4和一个新闻类别5.

为什么它不起作用？
