我只想301全部http到https。如果用户在http中输入301到https，整个站点应该在HTTPS下。这是我的htaccess文件。

您不需要多个条件来检查重写是否已启用且仅需要RewriteEngine一次。将https重定向放在规则的顶部。看看这是否适合你。
