我正在使用Ruby 1.8.9 Httparty 0.11.0与我的ruby版本兼容。

尝试将RubyGems更新为旧版本rvm install rubygems 1.8.29，然后再次尝试安装httparty。它看起来可能有用...但我也是Ruby的新手，所以我在这里猜测哈哈！
