问题在于我的WebAPI web.config文件。有一个标记指向旧数据库。这对我来说有点混乱，因为我认为EF处理了与数据库的所有连接，因此不需要WebAPI来获取数据库信息。它现在正在运作。

执行WebAPI控制器时，不会反映对EntityFramework 6模型的更新
