Wordpress标题快捷方式未显示

我在HTML中使用wordpress创建了一个模板。现在我的问题是当我登录并转到页面时，我看不到顶部的快捷方式。像编辑页面等只是普通的白色背景。

请确保您的模板文件中有wp_head（）和wp_footer（）调用。
