刻度之间的时间(调用actionPerfomed的时间)是可变的,它只能保证它至少为n毫秒

您应该尝试计算Timer开始的时间与当前时间之间的差异,而不是依赖某些可能随时间变得不可靠的计数器,而不是......

更新标签的时间可能超过1毫秒,这就是它无法跟上的原因。如果您只需要显示十分之一秒,那么只需更新一次计时器即可。
