request(Method, Request, HTTPOptions, Options)

   Request          = request()
   request()        = {url(), headers()} |
                      {url(), headers(), content_type(), body()}
   content_type()   = string()

上面你可以看到content_type（）应该是一个字符串（）而不是[{string（），string（）}]。
