然后在插入，更新或删除时使用getContext().getContentResolver().notifyChange(resultUri, null);！

如果没有CursorLoaders，则必须使用ContentObservers

所以，虽然DB在后台更新，而你正在使用notifyChange()但是没有人在听这个！
