在eclipse kepler中无法启动玻璃鱼服务器

Question

当我尝试在我的eclipse kepler上启动玻璃鱼服务器时，它显示错误消息，但是当我从asadmin批处理文件启动时它正常启动。

现在它显示从asadmin start-domain成功执行，但是当我尝试访问管理页面localhost：4848时，它显示的网页不可用。
