当内容溢出div时，Chrome不会显示调整大小句柄

Question

当div标签可重新调整大小但是使用溢出div标签的图像动态创建时，chrome不会显示调整大小句柄。这工作很好的firefox。我知道在这张照片中有点难以看到，但是图像左侧没有重新尺寸指示器代表Chrome，而右侧则表示Firefox。有什么想法吗？

BTW：我在css中有自己的缩放器
