设置oracle服务器后，我发现可以使用

连接到oracle

sqlplus64 user/pass@//192.168.23.14/testsid

服务器192.168.23.15中的

但我不能在172.26.142.33（我的本地电脑地址）

上使用sqlplus

我检查了端口，实际上我可以

telnet 192.168.23.14 1521
