带顶篷的pycluster安装

我安装了机盖（免费版）并尝试安装从http://bonsai.hgc.jp/~mdehoon/software/cluster/software.htm#ctv下载的pycluster

运行python setup.py install，但它无法正常工作。什么可以解决方案？
