尝试使用selenium的最新版本。我几次捕获了类似的异常，当它到达硒4+时就消失了。

或者正确完成会话会有所帮助：

webdriver.close(); // closes the browser or current page which is on focus
webdriver.quit();  // shutdown the web driver instance or destroy it's instance
