Web API 2已部署的站点未检索数据

我已将WebAPI 2站点部署到沙箱机器。 API的默认网站出现但是当我点击服务的URL（例如http：// host / service / api / jobs）时，服务会无限期地挂起，并且不会像上面那样返回数据。我的开发机器。在计算机上的IIS中托管的其他服务似乎能够连接到SQL Server数据库并检索信息。
