我正在使用Phonegap Push Plugin向设备发送推送notification。发送英文字符时一切都很好。但是当我尝试发送缅甸（UTF-8）字符时，它不起作用。字符显示如下：<p>ေိိ</p>。服务器部分为PHP。下面是我的通知Java代码（实际上来自Phonegap Push Plugin）：
