我试图在Heroku上迁移我的postgresql数据库。当我运行

heroku run rake db:migrate

heroku run bundle exec rake db:migrate

这样可行。

如果不起作用，可能需要卸载rake 所以运行

gem uninstall rake

然后运行

bundle install

然后

bundle exec rake db:migrate

除非您特别需要该版本，否则我会将rake从Gemfile中删除。 Bundler将使用正确的版本。
