是否可以替换默认的AtmosphereResourceFactory和AtmosphereResourceSession，以便能够在云中复制氛围资源和会话，如果是，如何？

我使用的是最新的Atmosphere 2.2.4，我也使用Hazelcast支持

是的，有可能。 AtmospherePro正是这样做的（使用Hazelcast）。您只需要编写自己的AtmosphreObjectfactory并注入上面类的实现。
