作为后续跟踪，看起来问题是由于您的收件人与模板上的roleName不匹配。为了社区的利益，无论何时创建信封/从模板请求签名，您都需要确保在API请求中指定与在DocuSign控制台中提供模板角色完全相同的roleName 。
