我得到了解决方案并获得推送通知。

问题在于为pem文件创建了p12键。我在终端中使用此命令将文件从p12转换为pem：

＆＃34; openssl pkcs12 -nocerts -out PushChatKey.pem -in PushChatKey.p12＆＃34;

删除证书＆＃34; -nocerts＆＃34;所以我用以下命令做同样的操作：

openssl pkcs12 -in PKey.p12 -out PCKey.pem -nodes;

然后根据此link执行，它将完美运行。
