您得到的错误是因为@EnableBatchProcessing注册了StepScope，Spring Batch Admin也是如此。正如我在您引用的帖子中提到的，我不建议将@EnableBatchProcessing与Spring Batch Admin一起使用，而是仅配置您需要的bean（仅限作业工厂和步骤工厂）。
