伙计们，我通过http://help.rubygems.org/discussions/questions/5857-cannot-install-mysql2-gem的一些谷歌搜索找到了解决方案。它的评论有点下降。我需要将mysql-connector-c-zip解压缩到我的根驱动器并在命令提示符中指向它。
