这个奇怪的问题发生在自动创建的后端模块的build.gradle文件中。

我已将“apply plugin”行移至顶部以使其正常工作，并在“运行配置”中显示“后端”。默认创建的文件在中间的某处有插件行。

这也可以避免“在模块上未检测到App Engine Gradle配置，可能需要将项目与Gradle同步”。错误。
