只是将VisualVM_Launcher_1.1.1.jar文件复制到features文件夹中将无法正常工作，它必须是文件夹而不是文件。 Visual VM插件作为P2更新站点分发，因此安装它的最佳方法是将其解压缩到临时文件夹，然后使用：

Help->Install New Software...->Add->Local

将其指向临时文件夹以添加更新站点。然后，安装向导将允许您选择并安装插件。
