Android：如何像Facebook一样进行桌面通知

我在手机上使用facebook messenger。每当我的朋友与我聊天时，我都会收到两条通知。

一个是进入通知区域的正常通知。

其他人正带着我们的朋友形象进入桌面。

我知道我们可以使用GCM进行通知。

但我不知道如何做这种桌面通知。

有人能给我一个想法吗？
