不确定发生了什么，但我最终做的是创建远程仓库的新克隆，并将我的启动画面相关更改应用到我本地计算机上的新实例。然后我执行了以下内容：

ionic platform rm ios ionic platform add ios ionic build ios

......它能够脱离启动画面。希望这有帮助。
