使用Pack URI时抛出运行时异常

尝试在WPF项目中使用Pack Uri [dll]。

Designer反映了我对颜色样式所做的更改[红色，蓝色等背景] 但在运行时，它会抛出一个异常，如下所示：

尝试使用：

<ResourceDictionary Source="pack://siteoforigin:,,,/Utils;component/Styles.xaml" />

<ResourceDictionary Source="pack://application:,,,/Utils;component/Styles.xaml" />

但没有效果。 怎么了？我在我当前的项目中引用了Utils dll。
