在同一个包中放置了这个类（package-info.java）

@javax.xml.bind.annotation.XmlSchema(namespace = "http://cpps.xxx.com/splm-service", elementFormDefault = javax.xml.bind.annotation.XmlNsForm.QUALIFIED)
package your.package;

注意：在这种情况下，@ xmlRootElement中的命名空间是没有必要的，但我过去常常强化这些信息。
