自django 1.7以来我遇到了同样的问题。我使用manage.py来制作消息而不是django-admin.py，不包括环境文件夹：

python manage.py makemessages --locale=en --ignore=venv/*

这是由于Django 1.7.1中引入了bug。您可以使用以下命令将Django更新为最新版本来解决此问题：

  pip install -U django
